The Oxnard Yellowjackets softball team scored 13 runs and held the host Pacifica Tritons to 0 in the Yellowjackets league win on Friday.

The Yellowjackets now possess a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Buena for a Channel battle on Tuesday, March 11. Oxnard will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 7-6 league win over Dos Pueblos (Goleta, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-2.

With the loss, Pacifica moves to 2-3 on the season. The Tritons travel to Dos Pueblos (Goleta, CA) to confront the Chargers in a Channel battle on Tuesday, March 11. The Chargers come into the battle with a record of 1-6. Dos Pueblos lost 7-6 in their recent league battle against Buena (Ventura, CA)
