Next, the Pirates clash with the Seagoville Dragons (Dallas, TX) in a test, on Saturday, March 8. Poteet will attempt to advance on its 7-5 season record. The Dragons go into the test with a 1-4 record after their 19-3 non-league loss to North Mesquite (Mesquite, TX).

The Timberwolves (0-5) will now prepare for their test against Adams (Dallas, TX). The Cougars go into the non-league test with a 2-4 record. In their last test, Adams was routed by Wilson (Dallas, TX), 19-1, in a non-league test.
