The Smiths Station Panthers (Smiths, AL) baseball trounced the host Dothan Wolves (Dothan, AL), 20-8 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

The Panthers now own a 6-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Geneva for a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 7. Smiths Station will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 12-3 non-league loss to Wicksburg (Newton, AL). The Panthers record now stands at 2-3.

With the defeat, Dothan drops to 3-5 on the year. The Wolves travel to Providence Christian (Dothan, AL) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 9. The Eagles go into the challenge with a record of 1-5. Providence Christian lost 10-3 in their recent non-league bout against Headland (Headland, AL)
