The Las Cruces Bulldawgs triumphed over the host Valley Vikings baseball squad by a score of 14-2 in Saturday's non-league outing.
Next up, the Bulldawgs encounter the Carlsbad Cavemen/Cavegirls (Carlsbad, NM) in a non-league test, on Thursday, March 12. Las Cruces will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The Cavemen/Cavegirls go into the test with a 2-4 record after their 4-0 non-league loss to Cleveland (Rio Rancho, NM).
With the defeat, Valley drops to 1-6 on the year. The Vikings travel to St. Pius X (Albuquerque, NM) to clash with the Sartans in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 10.
