The Valiants now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Mary Star of the Sea for a Santa Fe challenge on Tuesday, March 10. St. Genevieve will clash with a Stars team coming off a 9-6 non-league win over Estancia (Costa Mesa, CA). The Stars record now stands at 4-1.

With the loss, Verbum Dei Jesuit falls to 1-2 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy (Downey, CA) to encounter the Warriors in a Santa Fe bout on Tuesday, March 10. The Warriors enter the bout with a record of 4-3. St. Pius X-St. Matthias Academy won 14-4 in their recent non-league bout against Workman (City of Industry, CA)
