In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting White Pine Bobcats softball team scored a tight 7-4 win over the Lincoln County Lynx.

The Bobcats now possess a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Moapa Valley for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 7. White Pine will confront a Pirates team coming off a 17-5 non-league loss to White Pine (Ely, NV). The Pirates record now stands at 1-1.

With the defeat, Lincoln County falls to 3-2 on the year. The Lynx host Pahranagat Valley (Alamo, NV) to meet the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, March 7. The Panthers enter the challenge with a record of 1-2. Pahranagat Valley lost 14-4 in their recent non-league challenge against White Pine (Ely, NV)
