With the win, Myers Park upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Mustangs host Pinecrest (Southern Pines, NC) to battle the Patriots in a non-league test on Friday, March 11. The Patriots come into the test with a record of 3-1. Pinecrest lost 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Oak Grove (Winston-Salem, NC)

With the defeat, Berry falls to 2-2 on the season. The Cardinal travel to North Mecklenburg (Huntersville, NC) to battle the Vikings in a non-league test on Thursday, March 10. The Vikings come into the test with a record of 2-2. North Mecklenburg lost 15-1 in their recent league test against Hough (Cornelius, NC)
