With the win, West Sabine upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Tigers travel to Burkeville (Burkeville, TX) to battle the Mustangs in a 1A Region III District 24 test on Friday, March 11. The Mustangs come into the test with a record of 0-1. Burkeville lost 15-0 in their recent league test against Brookeland (Brookeland, TX)

With the defeat, Broaddus falls to 0-5 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to San Augustine (San Augustine, TX) to battle the Wolves in a 2A Region III District 24 test on Friday, March 18. The Wolves come into the test with a record of 2-5.
