Spectators at Tuesday's league battle between the Rockport-Fulton Pirates (Rockport, TX) and the host Calhoun Sandcrabs (Port Lavaca, TX), saw Rockport-Fulton's baseball squad beat Calhoun by a margin of 7-5.

Coming up next, the Pirates play the Victoria East Titans (Victoria, TX) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, March 10. Rockport-Fulton will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record. The Titans enter the battle with a 9-4 record after their 9-0 league win over Flour Bluff (Corpus Christi, TX).

The Sandcrabs now sport a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Giddings for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 12. Calhoun will play a Buffaloes squad coming off a 11-4 non-league win over Schulenburg (Schulenburg, TX). The Buffaloes record now stands at 5-6.
