The LaGrange Grangers baseball team scored 18 runs and limited the host Kendrick Cherokees to 0 in the Grangers league victory on Tuesday.
The Grangers (8-4) will now prepare for their match against Shaw (Columbus, GA). The Raiders go into the AAAA Region 2 match with a 3-6 record. In their last match, Shaw gained a win over Carver (Columbus, GA), 17-0, in a league match.
The Cherokees (0-4) will now prepare for their match against Jordan (Columbus, GA). The Red Jackets go into the AAAA Region 2 match with a 0-10 record. In their last match, Jordan was overwhelmed by Columbus (Columbus, GA), 5-0, in a league match.
