North Stanly Comets (New London, NC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Robinson Bulldogs (Concord, NC), 10-1 in a league test.
With the win, North Stanly upgrades its record to 3-0 on the season. The Comets travel to Piedmont (Monroe, NC) to battle the Panthers in a non-league test on Wednesday, March 9.
