The Torres Toros volleyball team (Madera, CA), was dropped 3-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the visiting Hoover Patriots (Fresno, CA)

The Patriots (7-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Reedley (Reedley, CA). The Pirates enter the North Yosemite challenge with a 7-5 record. In their last challenge, Reedley was dropped by Sunnyside (Fresno, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Toros meet the Central Grizzlies (Fresno, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, March 9. Torres will attempt to move on its 0-5 season record. The Grizzlies enter the challenge with a 9-3 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Pioneer Valley (Santa Maria, CA).
