In Tuesday's non-league battle, the visiting Piedmont Panthers soccer squad scored a good 9-0 triumph over the West Stanly Colts.
The Panthers (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Parkwood (Monroe, NC). The Wolf Pack come into the Rocky River 2A/3A battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, Parkwood was overwhelmed by East Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC), 4-2, in a non-league battle.
The Colts (0-1) will now prepare for their battle against South Stanly (Norwood, NC). The Rowdy Rebel Bulls come into the non-league battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, South Stanly thwarted South Davidson (Denton, NC), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
