The Boerne-Champion Chargers softball team scored 13 runs and limited the visiting Alamo Heights Mules to 0 in the Chargers league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Boerne-Champion moves its record to 2-3 on the year. The Chargers travel to Veterans Memorial (San Antonio, TX) to clash with the Patriots in a 5A Region IV District 26 game on Friday, March 11. The Patriots come into the game with a record of 3-6. Veterans Memorial lost 9-5 in their recent non-league game against Navarro (Geronimo, TX)

In their next game, the Mules clash with the Providence Catholic Provets (San Antonio, TX) in a non-league game, on Thursday, March 10. Alamo Heights will attempt to move on its 1-14 season record. The Provets come into the game with a 1-3 record after their 3-2 league win over Hyde Park (Austin, TX).
