Myers Park Mustangs (Charlotte, NC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Berry Cardinal (Charlotte, NC), 16-0 in a league challenge.

The Mustangs now own a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Harding University for a So Meck 4A challenge on Friday, March 11.

With the loss, Berry falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Cardinal host South Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC) to battle the Sabres in a So Meck 4A challenge on Friday, March 11. The Sabres enter the challenge with a record of 2-0. South Mecklenburg won 6-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Independence (Charlotte, NC)
