North Carolina High School Softball - Rocky Mount loses to Bunn

March 8, 2022: Bunn, NC 27508

The Bunn Wildcats softball team scored 25 runs and limited the visiting Rocky Mount Gryphons to 0 in the Wildcats league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Bunn improves its record to 2-0 on the year. The Wildcats host Northern Nash (Rocky Mount, NC) to clash with the Knights in a The Big East 2A/3A game on Thursday, March 10. The Knights come into the game with a record of 2-2. Northern Nash lost 16-3 in their recent non-league game against Rolesville (Rolesville, NC)

In their next game, the Gryphons clash with the Hunt Warriors (Wilson, NC) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, March 9. Rocky Mount will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Warriors come into the game with a 0-3 record after their 17-8 non-league loss to Harnett Central (Angier, NC).
