The Granite Hills Eagles softball team scored 5 runs and limited the host Mira Mesa Marauders to 2 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Granite Hills improves its record to 4-4 on the year. The Eagles host Academy of Our Lady of Peace (San Diego, CA) to clash with the Pilots in a non-league game on Thursday, March 10. The Pilots come into the game with a record of 7-2. Academy of Our Lady of Peace won 4-1 in their recent non-league game against Coronado (Coronado, CA)

In their next game, the Marauders clash with the Sweetwater Red Devils (National City, CA) in a non-league game, on Friday, March 11. Mira Mesa will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The Red Devils come into the game with a 6-1 record after their 17-3 non-league win over Kearny (San Diego, CA).
