The Poteet Aggies softball team scored 24 runs and limited the visiting Karnes City Badgers to 8 in the Aggies league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Poteet improves its record to 8-9 on the year. The Aggies host Jourdanton (Jourdanton, TX) to clash with the Indians/Squaws in a 3A Region IV District 27 game on Friday, March 11. The Indians/Squaws come into the game with a record of 11-3. Jourdanton won 12-1 in their recent league game against Natalia (Natalia, TX)

In their next game, the Badgers clash with the Dilley Wolves (Dilley, TX) in a 3A Region IV District 27 game, on Friday, March 11. Karnes City will attempt to improve on its 0-5 season record. The Wolves come into the game with a 11-6 record after their 5-4 league loss to Cotulla (Cotulla, TX).
