California High School Softball - Newbury Park loses to Oaks Christian

March 8, 2022: Newbury Park, CA 91320

The Oaks Christian Lions softball team scored 10 runs and limited the host Newbury Park Panthers to 0 in the Lions league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Oaks Christian improves its record to 3-0 on the year. The Lions host Calabasas (Calabasas, CA) to clash with the Coyotes in a Marmonte game on Wednesday, March 9. The Coyotes come into the game with a record of 4-9. Calabasas lost 8-1 in their recent league game against Thousand Oaks (Thousand Oaks, CA)

In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Westlake Warriors (Westlake Village, CA) in a Marmonte game, on Thursday, March 10. Newbury Park will attempt to improve on its 7-5 season record. The Warriors come into the game with a 8-0 record after their 15-5 league win over Agoura (Agoura, CA).
