North Carolina High School Baseball - Southern Durham loses to Riverside-Durham

In Wednesday's non-league game, the host Riverside-Durham Pirates baseball team scored a nice 12-0 victory over the Southern Durham Spartans.
The Pirates (2-1) will now prepare for their game against Durham School of the Arts (Durham, NC). The Bulldogs go into the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Durham School of the Arts ran past NCSSM: Durham (Durham, NC), 8-5, in a non-league contest.
The Spartans now sport a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Granville Central for a Northern Lakes Athletic 2A/3A contest on Monday, March 13. Southern Durham will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 25-3 non-league loss to Bunn (Bunn, NC). The Panthers record now stands at 0-2.
