Richfield Spartans (Richfield, MN) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Kennedy Eagles (Bloomington, MN), 66-59 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Richfield upgrades its record to 11-16 on the season. The Spartans travel to Benilde-St. Margaret's (St. Louis Park, MN) to play the Red Knights in a non-league bout on Saturday, March 11. The Red Knights go into the bout with a record of 23-4. Benilde-St. Margaret's won 69-51 in their recent non-league bout against New Prague (New Prague, MN)
