The Roswell Hornets soccer team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Alpharetta Raiders to 1 in the Hornets league victory on Wednesday.
Next, the Hornets face the Pope Greyhounds (Marietta, GA) in a 6A Region 7 contest, on Friday, March 10. Roswell will attempt to better on its 6-2 season record. The Greyhounds enter the contest with a 7-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Johns Creek (Johns Creek, GA).
The Raiders now have a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lassiter for a 6A Region 7 contest on Friday, March 10. Alpharetta will face a Trojans team coming off a 4-1 non-league win over Wheeler (Marietta, GA). The Trojans record now stands at 7-0.
