The North Gaston Wildcats (Dallas, NC) baseball trounced the host East Gaston Warriors (Mt. Holly, NC), 9-3 in Wednesday's non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Wildcats encounter the North Lincoln Knights (Lincolnton, NC) in a non-league contest, on Friday, March 10. North Gaston will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Knights come into the contest with a 3-1 record after their 10-2 non-league win over Forestview (Gastonia, NC).

The Warriors now sport a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Burns for a non-league contest on Thursday, March 9. East Gaston will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 15-4 non-league win over South Point (Belmont, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 4-0.
