The Wagener-Salley War Eagles softball team scored 12 runs and limited the host Calhoun County Saints to 0 in the War Eagles league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, Wagener-Salley improves its record to 2-3 on the year. The War Eagles host Barnwell (Barnwell, SC) to clash with the Warhorses in a non-league game on Monday, March 13. The Warhorses come into the game with a record of 6-0. Barnwell won 13-0 in their recent league game against Edisto (Cordova, SC)

In their next game, the Saints clash with the Williston-Elko Blue Devils (Williston, SC) in a A Region 4 game, on Friday, March 10. Calhoun County will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record.
