The West Limestone Wildcats softball team scored 9 runs and limited the host East Limestone Indians to 5 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Wednesday.

With the triumph, West Limestone moves its record to 3-0 on the year. The Wildcats travel to St. John Paul II (Huntsville, AL) to clash with the Falcons in a 4A Area 13 game on Thursday, March 9. The Falcons come into the game with a record of 0-2. St. John Paul II lost 14-13 in their recent non-league game against Decatur Heritage Christian Academy (Decatur, AL)

In their next game, the Indians clash with the Brewer Patriots (Somerville, AL) in a 5A Area 15 game, on Tuesday, March 14. East Limestone will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record. The Patriots come into the game with a 9-4 record after their 6-1 non-league loss to Sparkman (Harvest, AL).
