River Mill Jaguars (Graham, NC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Lexington Yellowjackets (Lexington, NC), 13-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Jaguars now own a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Graham for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 10. River Mill will battle a Red Devils squad coming off a 25-15 non-league win over Greater Vision Academy (Gibsonville, NC). The Red Devils record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, Lexington falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets travel to East Davidson (Thomasville, NC) to battle the Golden Eagles in a Central Carolina 1A/2A challenge on Tuesday, March 14. The Golden Eagles enter the challenge with a record of 0-3. East Davidson lost 5-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Central Davidson (Lexington, NC)
