California High School Baseball - Paramount loses to Mayfair

The Paramount Pirates baseball team (Paramount, CA), was overwhelmed 9-2 in Friday's league outing with the host Mayfair Monsoons (Lakewood, CA)

The Monsoons now hold a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lakewood for a non-league outing on Saturday, March 9. Mayfair will confront a Lancers team coming off a 20-0 league win over Compton (Compton, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 2-6.

Next, the Pirates confront the Cerritos Dons (Cerritos, CA) in a non-league outing, on Monday, March 11. Paramount will attempt to advance on its 4-6 season record. The Dons go into the outing with a 5-3 record after their 11-0 non-league loss to Millikan (Long Beach, CA).
