The Torres Toros volleyball team (Madera, CA), was nudged 2-1 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Justin Garza Guardians (Fresno, CA)

The Guardians (10-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Ceres (Ceres, CA). The Bulldogs enter the non-league challenge with a 2-8 record. In their last challenge, Ceres was nudged by Beyer (Modesto, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Toros encounter the Bullard Knights (Fresno, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, March 9. Torres will attempt to move on its 8-8 season record. The Knights enter the challenge with a 10-4 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Central (Fresno, CA).
