Idaho High School Lacrosse - Rocky Mountain drops to Mountain View

March 8, 2024: Meridian, ID 83642

Mountain View Mavericks (Meridian, ID) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the visiting Rocky Mountain Grizzlies (Meridian, ID), 17-13 in a non-league test.

The Mavericks now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bishop Kelly for a SWILA Division AA test on Wednesday, March 13. Mountain View will face a Knights squad coming off a 14-0 league win over Vallivue (Caldwell, ID). The Knights record now stands at 1-0.

In their next game, the Grizzlies face the Boise Brave (Boise, ID) in a SWILA Division AA test, on Thursday, March 14. Rocky Mountain will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Brave come into the test with a 1-0 record after their 10-4 league win over Eagle (Eagle, ID).
