With the triumph, Forney moves its record to 18-1 on the year. The Jackrabbits host Corsicana (Corsicana, TX) to clash with the Tigers in a 5A Region II District 14 game on Tuesday, March 12. The Tigers come into the game with a record of 5-9. Corsicana lost 19-15 in their recent non-league game against Community (Nevada, TX)

In their next game, the Lions clash with the Crandall Pirates (Crandall, TX) in a 5A Region II District 14 game, on Tuesday, March 19. Ennis will attempt to move on its 14-4 season record. The Pirates come into the game with a 9-8 record after their 7-6 league loss to Red Oak (Red Oak, TX).
