California High School Softball - Strathmore tipped by Exeter

The Exeter Monarchs softball team scored 16 runs and limited the host Strathmore Spartans to 14 in the Monarchs non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Exeter moves its record to 3-3 on the year. The Monarchs host Summit Charter Collegiate Academy (Porterville, CA) to clash with the Bears in a non-league game on Saturday, March 9. The Bears come into the game with a record of 1-1. Summit Charter Collegiate Academy lost 9-8 in their recent non-league game against Granite Hills (Porterville, CA)

In their next game, the Spartans clash with the Central Valley Christian Cavaliers (Visalia, CA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, March 12. Strathmore will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record. The Cavaliers come into the game with a 1-0 record after their 5-3 non-league win over Lindsay (Lindsay, CA).
