The Jordan-Matthews Jets the host North Moore Mustangs softball squad by a final score of 11-8 in Friday's league battle.

The Jets (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Southeast Alamance (Haw River, NC). The Stallions go into the Mid-Carolina 1A/2A battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, Southeast Alamance was routed by Eastern Alamance (Mebane, NC), 6-3, in a non-league battle.

The Mustangs now possess a 2-2 record. They play next when they host Bartlett Yancey for a Mid-Carolina 1A/2A battle on Tuesday, March 12. North Moore will meet a Buccaneers squad coming off a 13-3 league win over Northwood (Pittsboro, NC). The Buccaneers record now stands at 2-1.
