The Refugio Bobcats softball team (Refugio, TX), was tipped 14-13 in Friday's league test with the host Kenedy Lions (Kenedy, TX)

Coming up next, the Lions encounter the Skidmore-Tynan Bobcats (Skidmore, TX) in a 2A Region IV District 31 test, on Monday, March 11. Kenedy will attempt to improve on its 2-6 season record. The Bobcats enter the test with a 6-7 record after their 4-3 league win over Woodsboro (Woodsboro, TX).

The Bobcats (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Yorktown (Yorktown, TX). The Wildcats enter the 2A Region IV District 31 test with a 4-8 record. In their last test, Yorktown tipped Runge (Runge, TX), 13-2, in a non-league test.
