California High School Softball - Santa Barbara topped by Oxnard

March 8, 2024: Oxnard, CA 93030

The Oxnard Yellowjackets softball team scored 18 runs and limited the visiting Santa Barbara Dons to 1 in the Yellowjackets league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Oxnard moves its record to 7-3 on the year. The Yellowjackets host San Marcos (Santa Barbara, CA) to play the Royals in a Channel game on Wednesday, March 13. The Royals come into the game with a record of 7-2.

Next up, the Dons meet the Dos Pueblos Chargers (Goleta, CA) in a Channel battle, on Tuesday, March 12. Santa Barbara will attempt to advance on its 3-4 season record.
