The Austin Black Bears baseball squad (Decatur, AL), 2-0 in Saturday's non-league contest with the host Decatur Red Raiders (Decatur, AL)

With the triumph, Decatur moves its record to 4-8 on the season. The Red Raiders travel to Homewood (Homewood, AL) to confront the Patriots in a non-league contest on Friday, March 14. The Patriots come into the contest with a record of 10-2.

The Black Bears now possess a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Whitesburg Christian Academy for a non-league contest on Monday, March 10. Austin will confront a Warriors squad coming off a 10-0 non-league win over Hanceville (Hanceville, AL). The Warriors record now stands at 5-5.
