The Plain Dealing Lions triumphed over the host Bossier Bearkats baseball squad by a score of 19-12 in Saturday's non-league outing.
Next up, the Lions encounter the Glenbrook Apaches (Minden, LA) in a 1A District 1 outing, on Tuesday, March 11. Plain Dealing will attempt to advance on its 2-4 season record. The Apaches enter the outing with a 6-8 record after their 6-0 non-league loss to North DeSoto (Stonewall, LA).
The Bearkats (4-3) will now prepare for their outing against Booker T. Washington-Shreveport (Shreveport, LA). The Lions enter the non-league outing with a 1-4 record. In their last outing, Booker T. Washington-Shreveport was overwhelmed by Jonesboro-Hodge (Jonesboro, LA), 19-9, in a non-league outing.
