Mississippi High School Baseball - Choctaw County edges Noxapater

The crowd at Saturday's non-league battle between the Choctaw County Chargers (Ackerman, MS) and the host Noxapater Tigers (Noxapater, MS), saw Choctaw County's baseball team gain a win over Noxapater by a tally of 5-3.
The Chargers (8-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Mooreville (Mooreville, MS). The Troopers go into the 3A Region 4 challenge with a 7-3 record.
With the defeat, Noxapater drops to 9-1 on the year. The Tigers travel to Sebastopol (Sebastopol, MS) to clash with the Bobcats in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 10. The Bobcats go into the challenge with a record of 7-1. Sebastopol won 16-1 in their recent league challenge against J.Z. George (North Carrollton, MS)
