The Dragons (4-11) will now prepare for their battle against Marshall (Marshall, TX). The Mavericks enter the non-league battle with a 3-9 record. In their last battle, Marshall was overwhelmed by Diboll (Diboll, TX), 11-9, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Indians face the West Brook Bruins (Beaumont, TX) in a 5A Region III District 17 battle, on Tuesday, March 11. Port Neches-Groves will attempt to upgrade on its 9-5 season record. The Bruins enter the battle with a 4-12 record after their 7-0 non-league loss to Conroe (Conroe, TX).
