In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Neville Tigers baseball team scored a close 4-3 win over the Ouachita Christian Eagles.
The Tigers (7-8) will now prepare for their game against Sterlington (Sterlington, LA). The Panthers go into the non-league game with a 10-3 record. In their last game, Sterlington nudged St. Frederick (Monroe, LA), 15-2, in a non-league game.
Next, the Eagles play the Delhi Charter Gators (Delhi, LA) in a non-league game, on Monday, March 10. Ouachita Christian will attempt to improve on its 8-8 season record. The Gators go into the game with a 6-7 record after their 19-1 non-league win over Southwood (Shreveport, LA).
