In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Northside Rams baseball team scored a nice 18-0 victory over the South Lamar Stallions.
The Rams (8-1) will now prepare for their game against Friendship Christian (Lebanon, TN). The Commanders enter the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Friendship Christian defeated Gallatin (Gallatin, TN), 2-0, in a non-league game.
Next, the Stallions face the Fayette County Tigers (Fayette, AL) in a non-league game, on Monday, March 10. South Lamar will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record. The Tigers enter the game with a 3-10 record after their 10-3 non-league loss to Northside (Northport, AL).
