In Saturday's non-league bout, the Waterloo Cougars (Waterloo, AL) baseball squad edged the visiting Thrasher Rebels (Booneville, MS), by a tally of 3-2.
Next up, the Cougars encounter the Vina Red Devils (Vina, AL) in a non-league bout, on Friday, March 14. Waterloo will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record.
The Rebels (3-4) will now prepare for their bout against Potts Camp (Potts Camp, MS). The Cardinals enter the non-league bout with a 4-5 record. In their last bout, Potts Camp edged Ashland (Ashland, MS), 21-1, in a non-league bout.
