Coronado Cougars (Henderson, NV) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Silverado Skyhawks (Las Vegas, NV), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Coronado improves its record to 3-4 on the season. The Cougars travel to Liberty (Henderson, NV) to face the Patriots in a non-league test on Saturday, March 8. The Patriots go into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Skyhawks now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southeast Career Tech for a non-league test on Wednesday, March 12. Silverado will face a Roadrunners squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Basic (Henderson, NV). The Roadrunners record now stands at 0-1.
