In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host West Warriors volleyball team scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Fairfax Lions.

The Warriors (10-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Le Lycee (Los Angeles, CA). The Lions come into the non-league challenge with a 3-0 record. In their last challenge, Le Lycee edged Buckley (Sherman Oaks, CA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Lions meet the Chatsworth Chancellors (Chatsworth, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, March 8. Fairfax will attempt to upgrade on its 6-5 season record. The Chancellors come into the challenge with a 5-4 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Paraclete (Lancaster, CA).
