The Piedmont Bulldogs triumphed over the visiting Asbury Rams softball squad by a count of 19-2 in Saturday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs play the Oxford Yellow Jackets (Oxford, AL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, March 10. Piedmont will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record. The Yellow Jackets enter the challenge with a 3-6 record after their 6-0 non-league loss to Munford (Munford, AL).

The Rams (0-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Susan Moore (Blountsville, AL). The Bulldogs enter the non-league challenge with a 0-5 record. In their last challenge, Susan Moore was routed by Cleveland (Cleveland, AL), 16-2, in a non-league challenge.
