The Denham Springs Yellowjackets softball team scored 13 runs and held the host Northshore Panthers to 3 in the Yellowjackets non-league win on Saturday.

The Yellowjackets now sport a 4-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Holden for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 8. Denham Springs will confront a Rockets team coming off a 13-10 non-league win over Albany (Albany, LA). The Rockets record now stands at 3-3.

With the loss, Northshore moves to 8-2 on the season. The Panthers host Hahnville (Boutte, LA) to confront the Tigers in a non-league battle on Monday, March 10. The Tigers come into the battle with a record of 10-3. Hahnville lost 6-4 in their recent non-league battle against Mt. Carmel (New Orleans, LA)
