In Saturday's non-league test, the South Lamar Stallions (Millport, AL) softball squad the host Gordo Green Wave (Gordo, AL), by a tally of 4-2.
Next, the Stallions meet the Lamar County Bulldogs (Vernon, AL) in a non-league test, on Saturday, March 8. South Lamar will attempt to advance on its 4-2 season record. The Bulldogs go into the test with a 2-6 record after their 5-3 non-league win over Oakman (Oakman, AL).
The Green Wave (5-4) will now prepare for their test against Bibb County (Centreville, AL). The Choctaws go into the non-league test with a 5-12 record.
