The Livonia Wildcats triumphed over the host St. Joseph's - Plaucheville Eagles softball squad by a count of 10-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Wildcats play the University Lab Cubs (Baton Rouge, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, March 8. Livonia will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Cubs enter the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 16-6 non-league win over Maurepas (Maurepas, LA).
The Eagles (1-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Central Private (Baker, LA). The Redhawks enter the non-league challenge with a 2-1 record. In their last challenge, Central Private overcame West Feliciana (St. Francisville, LA), 15-5, in a non-league challenge.
