The Oakwood Owls volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Glendale Adventist Cougars to 2 in the Owls league victory on Wednesday.
The Owls now possess a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Milken for a Liberty game on Thursday, March 10. Oakwood will meet a Wildcats team coming off a 3-0 league win over Pacifica Christian/Santa Monica (Santa Monica, CA). The Wildcats record now stands at 4-1.
The Cougars (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Pacifica Christian/Santa Monica (Santa Monica, CA). The Seawolves enter the Liberty game with a 4-2 record. In their last game, Pacifica Christian/Santa Monica was nudged by Milken (Los Angeles, CA), 3-0, in a league game.
