Kentucky High School Lacrosse - Lafayette holds off Frederick Douglass

The Lafayette Generals (Lexington, KY) lacrosse tipped the host Frederick Douglass Broncos (Lexington, KY), 9-8 in Wednesday's non-league outing.

With the win, Lafayette upgrades its record to 2-0 on the season. The Generals host Elizabethtown (Elizabethtown, KY) to battle the Panthers in a non-league outing on Tuesday, March 15. The Panthers go into the outing with a record of 0-1. Elizabethtown lost 8-4 in their recent non-league outing against Bryan Station (Lexington, KY)

With the defeat, Frederick Douglass drops to 0-4 on the season. The Broncos travel to Woodford County (Versailles, KY) to battle the Yellowjackets in a CHSGLL West outing on Friday, March 11. The Yellowjackets go into the outing with a record of 4-0. Woodford County won 20-6 in their recent league outing against Tates Creek (Lexington, KY)
