West Brunswick Trojans (Shallotte, NC) supporters were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team prevail over the visiting South Columbus Stallions (Tabor City, NC), 5-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Trojans confront the Mount Tabor Spartans (Winston-Salem, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, March 12. West Brunswick will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Spartans enter the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 9-0 non-league win over Oak Grove (Winston-Salem, NC).
The Stallions now possess a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Brunswick for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 10. South Columbus will confront a Scorpions team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Heide Trask (Rocky Point, NC). The Scorpions record now stands at 1-1.
